有機養液栽培によるウナギの養殖とミニトマトの栽培。ウナギにエサ（赤虫）を与える以外は特に肥料を与えない。餌の食べ残しとフンを根の微生物が分解し、植物に養分を供給する。
Aquaponics or eel and tomato, by organic hydroponics. Left-over food and feces from eels are degraded by microbial ecosystem in the hydroponic solution. The microbial ecosystem degrades organic compounds to inorganic nutrients such as nitrate. The microoorganisms form biofilm on the surface of roots.
